One of the most powerful break-barrel rifles on the market – Hatsan 125 Vortex
Break-barrel rifle for those who want the most powerful option straight out of the box! This air rifle from Hatsan is inexpensive to operate and easy to maintain—you only need pellets, and then you’re ready to shoot!
Hatsan is a Turkish arms manufacturer that makes all its rifles in its own factory. These custom-built rifles are designed to give you as much power for your money as possible! With a muzzle velocity of 380 meters per second when tested with lead pellets, it delivers a muzzle energy of 40 joules!
Vortex – How it works
The Vortex Piston is specially developed for Hatsan rifles and can be compared to Crosman’s Nitro Piston. It compresses air in a completely sealed piston when you cock the rifle, using this pressure to drive the piston forward and fire the shot. The cylinder is completely sealed, so you don’t need to refill it with any gas!
Break the barrel down, load a pellet, close the barrel again and shoot. Simple, affordable and effective!
Powerful rifle
This rifle is one of the most powerful break-barrel rifles on the market, with a real muzzle velocity of 380 m/s, or 40 joules if you prefer that measurement. This means you can easily use it for long-range shooting with the right scope and pellets.
With the new Vortex cylinder, the noise is reduced after around 100 shots, and you can clearly notice the difference between the old model and this new one. With Vortex, this will last much longer than the spring models.
This is simply an incredibly impressive air rifle that delivers maximum performance in every area!
The rifle is equipped with, among other things:
Vortex System:
The Vortex Piston is specially developed for Hatsan rifles and can be compared to Crosman’s Nitro Piston. It compresses air as you cock the rifle and uses it to fire the shot. With the new Vortex piston, the noise is reduced after around 100 shots, and you can clearly notice the difference between the old model and this new one. With Vortex, this rifle will last much longer than the spring-powered models.
Quattro Trigger:
An advanced two-stage trigger available exclusively from Hatsan. It gives you the option of a three-point adjustment to adjust the trigger pull weight, the position of the first and second stages of the firing cycle, and how far the trigger must travel before the shot is fired. With this custom-built trigger, you can also release finger pressure if the shot cannot be taken during the first stage of the firing cycle. In addition, it is equipped with an extra safety feature in case you accidentally drop it. This system is called “drop safety interlock” and prevents it from firing even when the safety is off.
SAS:
In this context, this stands for Shock Absorber System and is a system that reduces vibrations and extends the lifespan of the rifle, optics, and accessories.
TruGlo Fiber Optics:
Fiber optic technology has been integrated into micro-adjustable front and rear sights for extra precision when shooting.
TRIOPAD Butt System:
This system is located at the end of the stock and is designed to provide maximum recoil absorption. This gives the shooter increased comfort when shooting powerful air rifles.
