Beretta M92
The original M92 model was designed by the Italian brand Beretta by Carlos Beretta in 1972, and from then until today has been produced in many different variants and caliber types. But it was only in 1984 that the M92 model became very popular, when it was then included in a competition about which pistol should replace the 1911 model for the US Armed Forces. This competition was won by the M92 model and from 1985 it became the official pistol of the US Armed Forces. The military version's name is M9.
GNB - Gas Non-Blowback
This gas-operated softgun is semi-automatic, but without blowback. This means that it uses much less gas than the equivalent with blowback, as it does not need to use any gas to pull the slide back.
