Short-type AK battery with DEAN plug! Fits most AK replicas – 7.4V variant.
*NOTE: This is DEAN – the picture shows Tamiya*
This Li-Po battery is slightly shorter than standard-sized AK-type batteries, making it easier to install the dust cover. This battery is an excellent fit for most airsoft AKs on the market.
Important rules to remember when using a LiPo battery:
NEVER fully discharge the battery! Stop using the battery immediately when you notice the rate of fire slowing down. ALWAYS CHARGE THEM BEFORE USING THEM WHEN THEY ARE NEW!
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST USE A Li-Po CHARGER TO CHARGE Li-Po BATTERIES! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Why use Li-Po batteries?:
The main reason to use Li-Po batteries is that they are smaller, and you get more power and runtime from Li-Po batteries compared to NiMH.Most Li-Po batteries are the same size as a mini-type battery, but have the same power as a large NiMH battery.
You no longer need long wires to attach a large battery to the outside of your weapon when Li-Po is the battery type you use in your Carbine, PDW, or SMG rifle. This also means you won’t ruin the look of your rifle or run out of power during a game.
Unlike traditional batteries, Li-Po gives you a stable rate of fire throughout its entire runtime. In addition, Li-Po batteries don’t need to be fully discharged, which means you can recharge them between games.
